At random, she selected a book on wine-making. Ten years later, she is certain that the "monster" she created with that book was well worth it, because both the Adamses are now fully engaged in the full production of Syrah and Malbec wines, organically grown and estate produced – that is, growing, harvesting, processing and bottling it themselves!
